Gravit Open Network
Gravit Open Network is a distributed system for verifiable trust in environments where autonomous AI agents act on behalf of people and institutions. It is built on the Epistemic Execution System (EES): every unit of knowledge stays inseparable from its origin, its reasoning trajectory and the conditions under which it was formed.
Verification is a system-level primitive, not an afterthought: an output has to be validated before it is accepted. The network provides the secure communication layer between agents on which the rest of the Gravit triad builds.
Gravit is not about making AI smarter. It is about making collective human–machine reasoning durable, traceable and accountable.
Open standards
Gravit develops its protocols in the open, as IETF Internet-Drafts:
- GEVP — the mechanism: how knowledge is verified (draft-gravit-gevp-09, 13 Oct 2026 · full text: a complete specification matching the reference verifier v0.6.0; earlier: -08 (corrects the calibration figures of earlier revisions), -07 (LinkedIn), -06 (LinkedIn), -04 (LinkedIn));
- VEDS — the policy: what a verified decision must guarantee (draft-gravit-verifiable-epistemic-decision-00, 9 Aug 2026 · full text · LinkedIn);
- VCP — the Verifiable Convergence Protocol, superseded: renamed GEVP to avoid a name collision with draft-kamimura-scitt-vcp (draft-gravit-vcp-01, 21 Jul 2026 · full text).
Internet-Drafts are individual submissions; they are not endorsed by the IETF and have no formal standing in the IETF standards process.
